Navigating the Click Guardian User Portal

What a user will see once logged into the system.

Updated over 8 months ago

The Click Guardian user portal is designed to give you clear visibility and control over your ad protection setup. Whether you're reviewing performance, adjusting settings, or managing accounts, everything starts from the main sidebar navigation on the left-hand side of your screen.

Sidebar Overview

Here's a breakdown of each main section in the sidebar and what you’ll find inside:

Website Selection Dropdown

Only visible if your account has multiple connected domains.

  • Use this dropdown to switch between different websites under your account.

  • Selecting a site updates the dashboard and settings for that specific domain.

Dashboard

  • Your at-a-glance overview of current activity.

  • Includes key metrics such as recent click activity, blocked visits, and device/IP stats.

Email Reports

  • Manage your scheduled reports.

  • View past email reports and update the frequency or recipients of future reports.

Paid Visits

  • See detailed logs of paid ad clicks.

  • Includes IP address, user agent, click source, and whether the visit was flagged or blocked.

Settings

  • Customise how Click Guardian monitors and blocks traffic.

  • Adjust thresholds, notifications, and protection rules.

Exclusions

  • Manually exclude IP addresses, IP ranges, or devices.

  • Use this section to whitelist known users or block persistent offenders.

  • Microsoft/Bing Ads Accounts – Connect your Microsoft Ads accounts.

  • Domains – Add or manage your websites.

  • Campaigns – Monitor and configure ad campaigns.

  • Tracking Code – Access and copy the Click Guardian tracking script.

  • View plan details and manage your subscription.

Quick Tips

  • If you’re not seeing a section you expect (like the Website Dropdown), make sure your account has multiple domains connected.

  • New users should start with the Setup section to ensure everything is correctly integrated before reviewing data in the Dashboard or Paid Visits.
